Vertex Standard Plug-In Inversion Scrambling

The VQS-400 adds inversion scrambling to your Vertex Standard radio.  The inversion frequency is easily programmable to match any other manufacturer frequency.

Easily Install and Programming

The VQS-400 plugs directly into the Vertex Standard radio.  The radio's firmware and software recognize the Cimarron board.  Commands are exchanged at the CPU level which allows for these features:

  • The VQS-400 is programmed while installed in the Vertex Standard radio.  
  • You use the radio's own programming cable to program the board.
  • The frequency for inversion is easily programmable but also, you can program the encryption per channel.
  • Each channel can have a separate inversion frequency
